Website Terms of Use

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and J10 Logistics, LLC (“J10,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the J10 Logistics website and any page or feature that links to these Terms (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms govern the Site. They do not themselves create a shipper-broker, broker-carrier, employment, agency, partnership, or other service relationship with J10.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you use the Site for a company or another organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it and to bind it to these Terms.

We work to keep the Site useful and accurate, but information on it is general and may be incomplete, outdated, or unavailable from time to time. Service descriptions, geographic coverage, equipment information, transit times, capacity, and other content are not guarantees.

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. You are responsible for the devices, software, and connectivity needed to access it.

Submitting a quote request or other form does not require J10 to accept, arrange, or perform a shipment and does not create a binding quote or contract. Any price, timing, availability, or service indication is subject to review and written confirmation by an authorized J10 representative. Rates and capacity may change until confirmed.

When you contact us, you authorize us to respond using the contact information you provide. You are responsible for making sure your information is accurate, current, and submitted with proper authority. Do not rely on the Site for emergency, safety-critical, or time-sensitive dispatch communications; use the operational contact method provided for the applicable shipment.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• violate a law, regulation, contract, intellectual-property right, privacy right, or other right;
• submit information you do not have the right or authority to provide;
• use the Site to transmit malware, harmful code, unsolicited promotions, or deceptive content;
• probe, scan, disrupt, overload, bypass, or interfere with the Site or its security;
• access or attempt to access nonpublic areas, systems, data, or accounts without authorization;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or intent;
• use automated means to scrape, harvest, or extract Site content or data except as permitted by law or our written consent; or
• use Site content to build or train a competing product, service, dataset, or artificial-intelligence model without our written permission.

You retain any ownership rights you have in information you submit through the Site. You give J10 a nonexclusive right to use, reproduce, transmit, and disclose that information as reasonably necessary to respond to you, evaluate your request or application, operate our business, protect the Site, and provide or arrange requested services.

You represent that your submission is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another party’s rights. Site forms are not designed for Social Security numbers, payment-card details, medical information, export-controlled technical data, or other highly sensitive or specially regulated information unless J10 specifically requests it through an approved process.

The Site, including its text, designs, graphics, logos, photographs, video, software, arrangement, and other content, is owned by J10 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. J10 Logistics and associated names, logos, and marks may not be used without our prior written permission.

Subject to these Terms, J10 grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Site for your own lawful business or informational purposes. No other right or license is granted.

The Site may link to or display services operated by third parties, including carrier-registration and mapping services. J10 does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement, and your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with the Site. By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described there.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” J10 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

J10 does not warrant that the Site will be secure, free of harmful components, continuously available, or suitable for any particular shipment, route, commodity, regulatory requirement, or business decision. Your use of and reliance on the Site is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, J10 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Site or these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, their combined liability for all other Site-related claims will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit obligations established in a separate written transportation or services agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless J10 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit without the required rights or authority.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these Terms by posting the revised version on this page and changing the effective date. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

We may restrict or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect J10, another party, or the Site. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect after termination.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; J10 may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, sale, or transfer of the Site or related business. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and J10 concerning use of the Site.
